We are looking for an AI Agent Developer Intern candidate who is eager to learn, interested in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models, and willing to gain real working experience in a professional technology environment.

In this role, you will be guided by experienced team members and support basic tasks related to building, testing, and improving AI agents and LLM-based applications. This opportunity is suitable for final-year students, soon-to-graduate students, or fresh graduates who would like to start their career in AI Engineering or AI Agent Development.

• Support the development and testing of AI agents and LLM-based features under guidance.
• Learn how to design, refine, and evaluate prompts for common agent tasks such as reasoning, tool calling, retrieval, and summarization.
• Assist the team in integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• Research basic AI agent knowledge, frameworks, and techniques such as RAG, function calling, and multi-step agent workflows.
• Support the preparation of simple documents, test cases, or reports related to agent evaluation and quality.
• Work with team members to understand software development and AI product processes in a real working environment.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the mentor or team lead.

• Final-year student, student preparing to graduate, or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Git, Linux command line, databases, or cloud services is an advantage.
• Basic math foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, vector databases, or workflow automation tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Good logical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read English technical documents.
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable asking questions when support is needed.
• Able to work independently on simple tasks and collaborate with the team.

• Internship allowance: up to VND 3,000,000 per month.
• Hands-on experience with real tasks in AI Agent Development and software development projects.
